After our initial call, I’ll give you a short list of easy documents to provide based on your specific situation. Typically, they’ll include proof of income, ID, and credit history. I will provide a clear checklist so you’ll know exactly what’s needed to get your right mortgage.
How does Zach stay updated with the latest mortgage products and rates?
In order to best-serve my clients, I spend much of my time monitoring the market, interest rates, and housing trends. As well, I get e-mails several times throughout the week directly from lenders with updates to rates and changes, ensuring you are able to get the most competitive rates and terms available.
Are there any hidden fees when working with Zach?
Absolutely NO hidden fees. Typically, any payment I receive comes from the lender after the mortgage is put through, meaning that you as my client pay absolutely nothing for my personalized concierge mortgage services. In the event that any fees are charged (for alternative/private lending), I communicate all mortgage/lender fees upfront so you're fully informed throughout the process.
Can Zach help with other mortgage services or just new purchases?
I am able to specialize in ALL mortgage services, meaning that I can help with so much more than just new purchases! I am able help with refinances, renewals, real estate investment, debt consolidation, home improvements, reverse mortgages, construction loans, and more! Is it true that I need a large down payment to secure a mortgage?
Not necessarily. Through utilizing the first home buyer incentive, often times you are able to secure a property for only 5% of the purchase price. As well, with options like cash-back mortgages, we can get creative to help you secure your next property!
What happens if I want to pay off my mortgage early?
Typically lenders will give you the option to make lump sum payments (usually 15-20% of the mortgage balance) and increase your mortgage payment, allowing you to potentially save thousands of interest and be mortgage free years sooner.
